blame?????cus. service people are the worst ever.....the installers can't pay there bills........basic cable is for people who don't need tv in the first place.........it comes down to greed ...take as much as you can from every body....they lose the multi-units and comm. good bye cable.................thanks for running all that wire for us sat. guys..bless you...
