I am a contractor in the Pittsburgh Area for DirectSat Usa and do not have any problems with them at all. Pay is on time and correct always. You will be backcharged if you work is not correct or if you lose equipment. Overall they have been more than fair with me and my subs. If you need any more info let me know.
