I have a judgment for four thousand plus interest against their Baltimore subcontractor...(Hi Bill, we will find you). The DirectSat USA double booked jobs so some were done when I arrived (or in progress). Also they were no help finding their subcontractor or his money. They did loose many boxes that were installed and activated and tried to back charge for them.
I am really trying to think of a positive statement about them...none come to mind. ,,,,Different with same lipstick might do it. The do Alternate Service Provider and then hit the road...I avoid them like MASTEC.
