NO! Not really, but hack on cable407.  As far as evil-cable's question goes, it's their system, if they say it will cost you $2000 then that's the way it is. Actually that's cheep considering the re-design (powering and amp cascade), pole permits, build, splicing, maintenance, and install. In some states they even have to pay annual taxes on their plant footage. Sounds like a good deal for you, but even if you come up with the money chances are they still won't build it ($2000+ quote was to shut you up) theres no money in it for them.
