How about keeping your crap in Florida. I know i don't want to be an employee under those pay scales, don't believe me talk to some that are employee based, most hate it. The pay sucks and i know i will not be able to afford to work at those rates, get real if your not happy no one forces us to work here. The cable companies are the ones that has changed the hours, pay, and chargebacks. If you think you can change their minds feel free, oh yea by the way they are the ones forcing us into employee based.
