When triple play telco alchemy was $650 and RCH was paying out $325 Bkable was paying out $440 to the field (yes $115 more per sale!!!!) and another $75 to the manager and another $60 to a contingency fund that covered potential chargebacks, clothing, background checks and drug tests but mainly funds bonus's at end of year. When I hear people touting a 50% payout to the field I laugh and wonder how some reps. can be so naive!
If 80% of billing is not getting to the rep and or on site manger then you should not be working for that Contractor....
