Does anyone know how to hit (send a signal) to a set top converter to open channel options by using a computer?
I have seen the cable company use a computer to set up converters before sending out their set tops.
Is there a program that sends out a particular RF signal to shut off or turn on a converters capabilities?
If so, whats the program and what frequencies does it use?
