Re: Dept. of Labor & IRS to investigate...

All of these communication companies are run by criminals. DTV has had plenty of complaints by both employees and customers, the founder was even involved in criminal activity, bought his way out (imagine that), and continues to evade taxes through "contract labor"  just like the cable companies. This type of tax evasion is widespread in our society, no wonder our government has run out of money.......no tax revenue from one of the biggest and fastest growing industries around........communications and technology. This suit will bring sweeping change, not to the labor force (your income and benefits will only increase), but to the bottom line of these tax evaders. Don't let these crooks scare you away from pursuing what is right, the IRS will hold THEM accountable for any taxes due based on the wages you have received. If they paid you $75,000.00, and didn't pay the taxes due because they were hoping to get away with misclassifying you, THEY WILL PAY. This has happened before and WILL happen in this case. Good luck Knight, you will need it.

Don't give up on this Mike, you have Jeff and Charles running scared. More people will join this suit, and some that have dropped off will return........you just keep on fighting the fight man. Remember to have faith and confidence in the integrity of our government, they will see these companies for what they are.
