I check all work that is done on any projects that I am in charge of, I don't care who dose it. If it's not done right it gets fixed before I sign off on it or it gets paid. Believe me if I find one thing wrong I'm more picky on everything else. But I'm on the job at every step so I can catch mistakes before they happen or go to far.
