The MCX connectors along with the weight of the cables have been a nightmare for us. Very poor design on Ciscos part, not sure if you are using the switch boxes, but those don't help the situation.

 We are in the process of reworking all the cables so there is no weight being applied to the connectors. We ordered different style patch panels that have a cross bar to secure the cables to. We have done one test CMTS and have not had any problems since. So now we a whole bunch more left :) gotta love night maintenance.
