Wow you are correct your state sucks I looked it up on the DOL Determination site and it is min wage across the board. You can appeal any rate that is set through a contact listed on there web site. I would would looking for projects in other states with better provailing wage rates. a dust pan holder in my state makes more than a Lineman in yours.
