Well,,, I see things haven't changed...back in the old days we called it make ready, build through it. Looks good on paper though...Fuck them engineers,,,,Hand it back, and say you build it. You ever hear of,,site survey???? CYA.....of course,,,,they will find some dumb mother fucker to build it.
