What you present is consistent with my experiences,
About six tears ago Directv announced the MSP program, lowered the money and just cut off contracts to many local installation companies. It was at that time the companies I was glad to get $60.00 / 20 from, while paying cost for materials, just announced they were not going to continue. Their determination that there was not enough money to continue should have been a hint to me.
I did continue with their replacements and is was this latter group of incompetent crooks that tried to make something out of nothing. Their response to the arrival of a significant pile of cash in the bank was to leave town and abandon the techs they had a responsibility to pay.
B & T Satellite, Genco Installations, USA Mobile, Theatre Central, Emerald Cabling and Satellite, E.C.S., Inc. all wasted my time and tried to steal my money. I have judgements against some, can't find others and used the cops to get money from some.
So much for fulfillment!
