No...I'm talking about getting 7 out of 10 QCs back that fail because of loose fittings. Everything else is tight...Ground, Tags, Gromets, etc.. I've been doing this for a long time and it is a second nature for me to reach for that 7/16 wrench. I don't leave loose connectors. A loose fitting didn't fail you in the past, it counted against your score, but now it drops you below 90%. The majority of failed QCs now are for loose fittings. This is a "word-against-word" issue. If I forget a ground tag they can take a picture and prove it. With a loose fitting where is the proof. I was to the point where I was taking pictures of a wrench on every fitting while I was taking my QC pictures. They also require us to use a torque wrench that only gets the fitting slightly over hand tight. I stick to my 7/16 combo and just pull out the torque wrench for inspection.
