Ed. You must be watching a different video because the unmarked car he passed is quite visible at the 2:26 mark in the video. This is the same car that pulls along side & in front of the bike when he stopped. At 3:01 you can see the front of the plain wrapper when the biker turned around. At 3:14 that unmarked car that he passed, turned around and saw, pulled up next to him and the so called cop jumped out.
