Here, out in the sticks..VZ is convincing rural cx to convert to cell rather than fix isolated telco runs. VZ is also, according to the local telco union news letter pushing repair techs to quit, retire or expect to be monitored until fired.
The landlines are on the way out even though the sats want them for their PPV.
^8% is it for now but I wonder how many landline cx can quit before the system has to be shut down?
