Re: SA 4250 STB VOD Issue

We use all boxes listed above and the OOB is 75Mhz QPSK our upstream is at 19Mhz QPSK with no problems. Since the other boxes work fine, my thought would be to test a box in the headend that feeds the node you are seeing the problem in and if you can duplicate the problem then call Cisco and set up a case with them. It could be something as simple as a process on the DNCS that needs to be bounced.
