SA GS7000 1GHZ Node S/N Issue

Can anyone tell me why i lose my upstream on this node only in the morning about 9:00am...My headend guys say my S/N is a 19 in the headend for that node..As soon as i pull the fiber from the transmitter and clean it, the S/N goes to a 38...Then the next day, the same thing...This has been going on for days...Should i change the transmitter?? Or do i have a fiber issue??
