Kudos to you!  I stand up like you are and dont let them suppress you.  We need more guys like this and things like this could be stopped.  It's your choice to tell the field reps and the office gets sale from call ins.  These MSO's are filled with greedy people that will do anything for a one cents.  I guess you have to have that attitude to do well in the biz.  Dont give up your fight!
