Does Suddenlink have a corporate office with a HR department? If so you need to speak the HR manager and the plant managers boss. Ask if you can set up an appointment to speak with them both at the same time. Then make sure you have all your ducks in a row, copies and originals of the emails and phone messages. Pictures of the work preformed, copies of the signed work orders if possible and anything else that would back your case up. Also do not tell anyone what your going to do, when you set up the appointment tell them it's about a confidential matter, this should keep them from contacting the plant manager or the office girl until after you have had a chance to say your piece and shown them your evidence.

If you do it correctly they can not the plant manager and office girl will not be able to retaliate or it sets the company up for a lawsuit for allowing a hostel work environment
