Contractor kept my paycheck

        Been with this Directv contractor for 9 months, every paycheck a percentage has been taken out to cover my supplies which is what I agreed to. Well this week I get no paycheck..all supply costs were paid with it. I was told that everyone's supply costs were satisfied this week because the contractor had to cut a check to DTV. Therefore I have NO operating expenses for the upcoming week, can they even do this?
