The Dept of Labor needs to take a good look at all aspects of employment; being contractor-sub-contractors and in-house employment of the cable and satellite business, these clowns have taken too much from all of us who have made them rich for the last 25+ years, this used to be a great business to work in, then it was merely good, now it sucks... you feel like a beggar to get work and if they throw you a bone once in awhile to make it every week. This has to end, the good men & women of this business the ones who do the hard labor that make it all come together the back breaker need to see the gravy money again or I say tear it all down let them try to figure out how to put it back together to make it work.. They need to stop increasing the customers prices and start increasing our pay... We need to unite somehow to put a stop to it before there is nothing left...
