Brand new building, only opened and occupied for about 6 months. I could not post all the pictures for nondisclosure reasons. From what I and the power company could tell power came down the ladder, through the truck and down to the metal plate they had under the outriggers. It blew a hole in the concrete about 3 inches wide and 3 to 4 inches deep. It then followed the re-bar in the concrete to the building where it blew a chunk of concrete out of the pad 14 X 24" by 8" thick. Weighed about 25 lbs. It melted part of a steel and concrete post then arced from the post to one of the garage door tracks and from there to the buildings electrical system. It blew all four of their automatic door openers either off the wall or fried the motors. Some where in all that it found the coax. The grounds at the EOL's were burnt off. it acomplished all the above in a matter of miliseconds
