I understand the business, get a contract and sub it out. Take your cut and pay subs well. Its business, what my point of this thread is that Primes got a raise and cut prices 4 times within a 3 years and demand more production. Its greed and thats whats driven our net worth as installers to the ground. Every installer I met out tells me there proud im pushing this to the max, but they are scared of losing work. I feel for those guys for years hearing how they will do this or that but when its time to stand up, they hide in the back shadows saying "YES SIR" or "Yesum Master"
We need more people with the balls to do something.
