Company "A" never put in a stop-bill date on your account. This is why you are getting billed for Company "A" service.

Company "C" that did your new install sent out a greenbean to do your install. He forgot to physically disconnect the UG drop from the incumbent phone company. This is located inside the grey/green NID on the side of your house. Call Company "C" and have them set up a T/C to send a tech out immediatly.
