That's the way it works in Florida, but there is a big drawback to allowing someone else to work under your license, if they have a MAJOR F-UP then it resorts back to the license holder, so if you have the license you better be getting a good size percentage of each person working under it
and have it in a iron clad, notarized contract, not the type the prime hands you the kind that a lawyer writes out then files it with the state.
Most of the MSO's will write you up as a Manpower Vendor, just like manpower and other day labor companies and you have to have your own WC, Gen Lib
