As a matter of fact, most states don't have those type of law's. Hardly any do. Contrary to what some may think, it will not "increase" your pay. It will only be another hoop to jump through, and cost the installer even more money to comply. No matter how many tests you take, or certifications and licenses you have, the hacks will still be around and your pay will still keep going down every year. You can count on it!!!!
You can all consider this another "product" of our liberal society. Instead of considering who someone is, lets create more senseless rules to impose, that put more money in the governments pockets.
I better stop posting now, most likely I need to be "certified" to do that too.
