Yeah I hear ya sabre that is a trip about backcharges and you are correct in what you are saying about concentrating on the issues.  I make 15.00 but a backcharge is 150.00.  BUt I got a better one for ya.  There is a company that if you installed a box correctly and activate the box and everything. The company says there may be a problem with the boxes because they may show up as stolen.  Now if that happens comcast back charges the prime, then they back charge you.  Then once you show them the paperwork verifying that you did the install they will give you your money.  You know what happens if you lost it or didnt keep up with your paperwork.  Aint that a scam.  I guess this is how they are going to get us now. lol.
