Sounds like ProBusinessTools - http://www.onlineservicemanagementsoftware.com/
$700 setup fee, $150/m for 5 users, $20/m each additional user.
Barebones compared to the aforementioned software - but if you're running your business with spreadsheets, pencil and paper then it's high technology and a worthwhile trade-up. You have to conform your business to their structure, which seems to be rooted in DISH Network and DirecTV retail/fulfillment - if that is what you do, you won't have to change a thing.
The major downside to this and the aforementioned software is that you're never done paying for it, the software as a service model is really taking hold and you can hardly find any super strong business process software that you can buy outright as a onetime investment in your business. All of the functions that these provide can be delivered in a software package but they don't make enough money that way.
I'm considering Microsoft Dynamics b/c as a systems integration company we qualify to be Microsoft Partner which means you get most of the software free as long as you support or resell. Downside to that is that you have to be or hire an expert to do extensive customization for your uses, these softwares are so adaptable that they are useless without knowing every detail of their environment... good luck with that as a small business, that kind of configuration gets done with corporate dollars.
