Thank you Professorp. I know what you're talking about which is why I was hoping to find some helpful links here. I remember seeing a post about this some time ago, but can't seem to find it anymore. I'm not sure if was a CRM tool, people were talking about or an invoicing order management system. It kept track of the customers, and the jobs, and created all the neccessary reports needed to run and self-manage.
Anyone remember that? Please point me in the right direction if you do.
