I totallu agree with you man.  Its all about due process and fairness.  Ms sherrod and and many other people have been railraoded because of what someone says.  The problem is due process and fairness.  As her boss jumped to conclusions and fired her; now he should be fired for no giving her due process.  How many people have been fired because someone just did not like them not because thier work performance.  With great power comes great responsibility.
