Cox uses 579 MHz downstream for HSI. Signal levels should be between -10 to +10 dBmv at the modem. This is easy to achieve if the install tech has a meter to verify levels off the tap, minus drop loss and minus splitter loss. Return upstream at 29 to 50 Mhz should be between 37 to 50 dBmv. They use 2 filters in the system, a green one only passes HSI and a blue filter that passes analog channels 2 to 22 and HSI. Hope this helps.
