Channel loading, how much analog are you running?

Just a poll,I wanna know what most of you guys are stopping at with analog. I think we made a mistake in running up to ch 102 on a 750mghz system. At first I didnt think it would be a problem as we balance out to 750mghz and arent experiencing any system rolloffs but the more I look at drop and splitter losses I'm hitting tvs at -6 on ch 100 with a typical 250ft drop and a 4-way,not gonna fly. I dont even want to think about the mdus, hospitals, schools and other incoming nightmares yet.  I dont know why I didnt look at this closer was overconfident in the status of the system I guess. I know theres solutions but its gonna be hell for awhile and super costly when you really look at the big picture, but for anybody with tips I'm all ears as were in too deep to stop now. Oh my typical tap outputs are 19/10, Thanks.
