Took about 20 minutes to setup and configure. Daughters iTouch works perfectly and is fast! Thanks again for the help guys.
No rebooting of the modem was needed. Everything working perfectly. Right now, son on phone, daughter on iTouch and I am on the desktop PC. All working harmoniously together!

I just couldn't pass it up. Might be a refurb but damn if it does'nt look/work like new. The CD that came with locked up my POS computer 3x so I just downloaded everything right off the net. 
So thanks for all the good info gentlemen. I really appreciate it as it was a real confidence builder.
