yes it is true that underground equipment was removed from the St Louis office, however that crew cost more money in damages and so called overtime, we lost money keeping them around. As far as laying off an in field supervisor that was a know it all, that is just not true.
Last I heard Charter is spending, spending, spending and more work than ever before is being issued.
