They do cable hardline in the St Louis area, but laid everyone off but 1 or 2 crews. Got rid of all their underground equip and iven laid off one of the best supervisors that you could ask for, not to mention the supervisor knew what was wrong if you had a prob in the field, could tell you how to fix the levels over the phone. Last I herd Charter was just giving them enough to keep them around for the crap work. Power will never happen with AMEREN in the area, and as far as MDU work I think they are phasing out of that also.....
