Re: Cable company pays 25 period for hand dug drop

my reference to the difference between hardline and a drop to highlght that I should be paid footage from the start of hand digging.  The time depends on the footage as far as the time it takes to bury a drop.  No disrespect but the companies are taking everyone and I have had enough.  Thats all.
