i have always made at least 60k a year doing installs. i stay away from warner and comcast is mainly how i do it. havent done any install work in about a year. at that point all construction died at the primes i worked so did installs for 3 months to supplement my income instead of hittin the road. before that it had been 6 years since i did installs, but always made a minnimum of 60k/year. the install work i did was in houston and for either suddenlink (whatever names they went under b4 that) and charter. if people are doing work for those rates i agree that they are morons. i was just stating the nature of the biz. regardless of how many primes they bring in people will still work for them because there is always a new breed due to the fact that installs are such a high turn over part of the industry.
