Re: Internet downstream freqs?

 Thanks everybody for all the great replys. To put an end to this ongoing saga ch 2 just would not work, I still dont know why but I suspect as Joe pointed out its just too close to the diplexers in the amps. Everytime we switched to ch 2 absolutely no modems would come up,no downstream recieve. Although I wonder is this a modem issue as even the headend modem wouldnt come up and it had a solid 5db on the freq? Really think it may be a modem issue as I have no roll-off on the low end within the system, maybe they dont range down that far? Anyhow I wouldnt recommend using ch 2 as a downstream freq. I did finally settle in on ch 97 in the fm band at 105 mghz and this worked out well,after removing over 100 filters today all modems came up,the filters were for internet only subs and were blocking the 105 freq.
