I would contact a lawyer ASAP. If they rented it, then ACI should have liability for care, custody and control of your property. They should have had it insured as well. What happens if they total it out?
It sucks that you are over in Iraq and they are taking advantage of you. Why would you let them put miles on either truck without reasonable compensation?
