Looking for stolen equipment in NC

I am in Iraq right now but left my Truck loaded with tools in NC working.  It was being rented by ACI, shortly after my deployment my locks were all drilled out and somewhere around $10K worth of tools were stolen from me.  The owner of ACI said he won't pay and also he screwed me out of my normal pay.  If anyone has seen any arieal tools with bright orange spray paint on them they are probably mine.  I had a brand new Capstand, and tanaka, also a c and J lasher.  were the largest Items but alot more to include climbing gear.  Please help.  and beware of ACI  He is nice at first but watch out.
