Double check your work?? Was it our fault that Receiver died? What about that LNB on the dish. Or how about the kid that unplugged the swm power pack to plug in his PS3 that caused a customer ed service call. Or the guy that gave caused me a repeat service last week because his tv was on the wrong channel, I even wrote it down for him what channel the tv had to be one and even hooked up his vcr and DvD player.
