See, this is a quality post!

Can you imagine if all the companies that posted job openings here, actually looked at this forum, and this thread in particular......Thats how change happens.

Bkable, you are right that if you didn't sign the contract, someone else would, and thats the crappy part of it, but that is not specific to the cable/telco d2d industry. You will find that happening everywhere, but just because it does, it does not mean we can't hold ourselves to a higher standard, which is obvious that your do.

Salesdawg and Bkable, there are others out there that want to see positive change in our business, please keep posting and more importantly reporting on these relevant topics.  If you go anywhere else on this forum, you will read mostly negative posts, thank you again for reporting on something positive and for highlighting the actions of people/companies doing the right thing.
