What Privacy law's, you are not a sworn officer of the state, if you see drug sales activity, child abuse, or any illegal activity you are a citizen and you are not bound by any law's that prevent you from calling and reporting such activity, you were allowed entrance into a home when you knocked on the door and asked to come inside to perform your job, just like a cop can ask to come inside and anything he see's out in plain sight can be used in a court of law, just like a seed on the floor of a car gives the cops cause to search your car, anything found then is legal, You as a Cable Installer was allowed into the home and you can report it, you will be subpoenaed to court to testify as a witness, and if your company fires you for turning in a dope dealer or a child abuser then sue them for doing your citizen of the USA rights to make a citizen arrest.
