Remember the "Patriot Act". That allowed the U.S. Government to legally spy on it's citizens through wire tapping and eavesdropping. That was courtesy of the Repubs.
Each state , not the the US government has programs in place dealing with child welfare.
You are more concerned about the left, but totally ignore what the right has done.
