Good old Oklahoma. I hear ya. A buddy of mine worked several projects in Oklahoma. One was in a small town, and there were lots of easement violations as the crews arrived for the project to begin. The cable system manager contacted the city administrator. The city ran an ad in the local weekly newspaper stating all easements were to be clear by such-and-such a date. If not, the city work crew with bulldozer would take care of it. My buddy said that all easements were cleared a few days before the deadline. Now that is what we'd all like to see. Not so in Arizona, unfortunately.
