I've never worked in a state where "property rights" is as big a deal as in Arizona. Countless times I've heard "you're on private property" or "I have property rights" when working in Arizona. No easement on file? This may be because the easement is actually derived from the power company so is not on file. The company owner needs to hire a land attorney, one versed in Arizona property laws. If he won't do that, then move the damn equipment. Sounds like the damage has been done telling the homeowner how much it will cost HIM. You've lost your credibility and won't get it back. Either have a lawyer check it out or move the UG at company's expense.
