Power runs overhead, and phone runs through there but there are no peds on the telco run. The landowner just wants to build his fence and our ped is in the way. And my boss (company owner) doesn't want to hire a lawyer, he'd rather settle with the guy in cash if need be to build around the ped. I said that sets a dangerous president for future issues.
