Maybe it's because the guys that know what they're doing don't want to work for the chump change that is now being paid.

Besides, they have to cut expenses somewhere. Must be in ladder training ... although that all kind of seems like common sense to me. Anyone with enough smarts to be able to handle a ladder, most likely has moved on to some other profession, one that actually pays people just compensation. I really can't think of a worse paying profession now, then cable. Its a shame ..... even working at a entry level fast food job, you come out ahead now. And you don't have to worry about all the life threatening hazards that cable possesses.
