Sounds like the old days, get a call for a outage and show up and the homeowner is washing his lawn mower off, you walk around to the back with him and see chewed up rg-6 all over the place.. oh! that was my cable.. back in the old days, if it didn't pay It didn't get burried, the inhouse techs would do a new install and lay it on the ground and go home..
